WE HAD A MAJOR VICTORY WITH THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON NOVEMBER 25TH, BUT THAT VICTORY CAME AT A STEEP PRICE. WE HAVE SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS AND COUNTABLE PROFESSIONAL HOURS TO MAKE OUR CASE TO THE VILLAGE COUNCIL AND THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY.

THERE IS STILL WORK TO BE DONE ON THE LEGAL FRONT TO ENSURE THE FLAWED H-ZONE AMENDMENT  TO THE MASTER PLAN CANNOT BE RESURRECTED.
